Recessed Fixtures & Track Fixtures are the most popular means of interior lighting since the 1970's. This is largely due to the beauty of Intensified Lighting. Intensified Lighting is the "Highlighting" of certain objects or areas, while other objects (or areas) remain slightly darker.
