Recessed Fixtures & Track Fixtures are the most popular means of interior lighting since the 1970's. This is largely due to the beauty of Intensified Lighting. Intensified Lighting is the "Highlighting" of certain objects or areas, while other objects (or areas) remain slightly darker. The natural eye is always attracted to a highlighted object (or area) but is also rested when looking to a darker area. The contrast creates the best overall lighting for view and comfort. High Hats & Track Fixtures -  Track lighting fixtures are more adjustable in their light beam direction which makes them more popular for retail & commercial use. Track & track head fixtures are more visible than recessed fixtures so matching your color scheme and decor style is always a factor, We recommend you choose the track fixtures at a showroom.
